Time spent in menus, loadings screensand animations does not cout - the timer stops during these scenes.The source OP posted explains every detail. I didn't get a single Panic Blood Moon during that run and was able to finish everything (all shrines, bosses, DLC, quests) including the Mija Rokee shrine (you don't have to wait until after the cutscene - as long as the pedestral glows and link is naked and on top of it, the quest will complete) The video I just posted was from a playthrough in which I skipped the Blood Moon 101 times (literally! I kept track how/where I skipped it on a sheet of paper) in a row before deciding to start a new game. PS: you can, in theory, reschedule the Blood Moon an infinite amount of times.
For the fights prior to boarding the Divine Beasts, only Medoh, Ruta and Naboris reschedule the Blood Moon, but during the Vah Rudania thing with Yunobo and the cannons, the Blood Moon IS allowed to happen but in a weird way: you will get the cutscene, but no monster revival. If you are inside the actual Divine Beast, the Blood Moon will not happen that night. There's subreddits for that and this isn't one. Applies to some comments but not always enforced on them.
